If we do not accept your insurance, you are free to seek services with us on a cash basis. An initial psychiatric evaluation is $250, and follow-up appointments are $125 each.

If you have an insurance provider, different from those listed above, they may allow you to receive care from an out of network provider. Upon your request, we will provide you with a visit receipt, also known as a "superbill", that contains the necessary diagnostic and billing information you need to submit to your insurance company. Depending on your policy, you may be eligible for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to verify your out of network coverage.  

Payment is due at time of service.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. 

Please note that credit card information is required for all prospective patients (including patients with insurance) to finalize appointment booking.
